    Overview

    NetBrain Technologies is looking for a US Federal/Government Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The right candidate will be innovative, resourceful, and customer-centric, to help ignite NetBrain’s growth within the federal government. As the Federal Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing both online and offline marketing strategies, designed specifically for federal/government audiences. You will work closely with the Sales team, ensuring there is a strong pipeline of leads for the Federal Sales organization. This position reports to Marketing and will work either in the Washington D.C. region or at NetBrain’s headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Support overall marketing team goals and programs
    • Work with corporate Product Marketing teams to craft and leverage the messaging, positioning and content for the Federal audience.
    • Create and deliver industry-specific enablement training and assets in collaboration with the Product Marketing team, to maximize Field / Sales capabilities as they engage with Government Agencies.
    • Partner with the corporate Demand Generation team to create and execute a comprehensive campaign strategy for Government including Integrated Marketing Plans, and marketing content aligned with company’s go-to-market strategy and revenue goals.
    • Define and implement government-specific marketing plans
    • Track the government/federal marketing campaigns to determine which are worth investing in, and which are not
    • Plan and host both online and offline events including sponsorships, speaking opportunities and roundtables.
    • Work closely with the federal sales team and assist regional sales managers
      Inform and develop strong alignment with corporate Communications teams (Analyst Relations and Public Relations), for trade publications as well as for competitive intelligence and positioning.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required, major in marketing or communications preferred
    • 5+ years of professional B2B marketing experience in executing and tracking results of integrated, multi-touch demand generation programs
    • Experience in digital marketing and account-based marketing programs
    • Passion for regional event planning and management
    • Ability to craft compelling promotional copy (e.g., emails, landing pages, invitations)
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with focused attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills, a natural team player
    • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
    • Data-driven and familiarity with marketing metrics
    • Proficiency in SFDC. Working knowledge of Marketo preferred
    • Estimate 20-25% travel; if located outside area of HQ, quarterly travel to Burlington, MA
