    Overview

    NetBrain’s Contracts Administrator will work closely with our sales and operations teams to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts with NetBrain’s customers, partners and vendors.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, revise and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including enterprise software licenses, services/support agreements, NDAs, reseller agreements, consulting and subcontractor agreements, vendor contracts, and other contracts as needed to support business globally.
    • Coordinate and manage other matters, as assigned or required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience negotiating software licensing agreements, both on premise and SaaS preferred, in support of a sales department as an internal client.
    • Serves as a resource for internal business clients on contract questions, including interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations.
    • Ability to confidently and independently lead complex negotiations, and to raise and resolve issues directly, with customer and supplier representatives, while minimizing our business risk and meeting our corporate objectives.
    • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
