What We Need

NetBrain is rapidly growing the Network Operations Automation space, focusing on accelerating problem diagnosis and problem prevention. As we accelerate our growth further, our channel partners will play an essential role in the growth and also success of our customers. NetBrain is looking for a Channel Partner Solutions Consultant to help grow these partners towards self sufficiency 

 

The Impact You’ll Make

This role will be a crucial, highly leveraged role for our partner community – part pre-sales solutions, part implementation, part enablement facilitator, the role will be the single point of technical contact between NetBrain and our partner network. You will work to increase the knowledge of our Partner’s technical teams, and accelerate partner’s selling, while guiding them toward successful implementation and automation practices that ensure customer success. You will work closely with the Channel Account Managers, Marketing, Pre and Post-sales engineering teams to enable our best practices to our partners. 

What You'll Do

  • Support channel partners through various stages of pre-sales process by providing technical expertise and NetBrain experience/know-how 
  • Support channel partners service and customer success efforts by providing best practices, use cases, technical support. Overall being resourceful to align NetBrain’s resources with partner efforts 
  • Develop and deliver channel partner technical enablement workshops 
  • Provide thought leadership to the channel community, including conferences and partner events 
  • Provide thought leadership on NetBrain centric automation service offerings creation 

Who You Are

  • Well versed in Network and Network technology 
  • Experience operating in a Network Operations, Consulting, Design or Architecture.  
  • CCNP or equivalent preferred 
  • Proven experience working with Channel Partners in pre-sales, consulting, or delivery
  • Passion in Network Automation, life-long learner and love to dig into new technology and enable others 
  • Up to 30% travel may be required
